Q:  I already made payment through MOLPAY Online Payment, why is my payment still pending?

A:  The reason is, we did not receive you payment notification from MOLPAY due to the reason below.

      1) Customer close browser immediately after success payment at bank site

      2) Customer close browser while page loading to the receipt page

      3) Customer refresh the browser while page loading to the receipt page

      4) Connection issue while page loading to the receipt page

 

Q:  Can i make payment using credit card?

A:  Sorry but our website only accept online transfer and online banking. We do not accept payment through credit card.

       

      If your order still pending after 2 hours making payment, please inform us AS SOON AS POSSIBLE for us to manually check your payment with MOLPAY. Please whatsapp or  

      SMS at +6017 6229335, or email us at  [email protected]  your ORDER NUMBER for us to check.
